Experience requirement:
- Expertise in troubleshooting networking protocols in WLAN technologies – 802.11, 802.11n, 802.11ac, and 802.11ax.
- Minimum 1-year working experience.
Overall Responsibility:
- Responsible for troubleshooting network problems for the software development team for their released software.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Works directly with customers to resolve hardware, software, licensing issues.
- Assists customers with reported product failure, taking actions to resolve issues.
- Investigates and tests customer problems in a lab environment with hardware and software.
- Stays current on networking technologies and new product offerings.
Skills and attributes:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations.
