Account Executive

Job Description

  1. Post accurate accounting records for all daily transactions.
  2. Daily and monthly account payable (AP) and account receivable (AR) function.
  3. To assist on the inventory control and other related field.
  4. Prepare yearly financial report & monthly reconciliation analysis.
  5. Handle full sets account & prepare financial report.
  6. Perform monthly & annual accounts closing and generate management accounts for review.
  7. Assist in providing information as required for statutory tax & audit issues.
  8. Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
  9. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
  10. Other duties are directed.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Degree and above in accounting and related fields.
  2. Min 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience preferred, driven fresh graduates will be considered.
  3. Proficiency in Autocount Accounting Software,UBSMicrosoft Excel.
  4. Problem-Solver and master in Time Management.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software required.
  6. Self Independent and Self Discipline are highly required.
