Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or marketing, preferably with experience in the electronics industry (EMS).
- Must be hard-working and adaptable to frequent travel.
- Passion for sales work, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to explore new markets.
- Excellent language skills, adept at communication and interpersonal relations, with a keen market sense and exceptional negotiation abilities.
- Ability to independently develop customer relationships, with a knack for understanding customer needs and seizing opportunities.
- Proficient in basic office software and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibility
- Business development/sales strategy and strategic planning:
- Collaborate with ASA company to formulate business development and sales strategies for Malaysia (priority) and other new countries, and present recommendations to the manager for approval.
- Work with ASA’s sales, production, technical, and logistic departments to develop annual action plans and KPIs to achieve strategic objectives in Malaysia (priority) and other new countries.
- Communicate issues and risks to local managers (financial and timing) and propose solutions to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Budgeting:
- Prepare sales budgets for new customers in Malaysia and new countries, based on the framework established by the finance department, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and recommend them to the Managing Director for approval.
