Sales Coordinator

Qualifications:

 

  1. Minimum requirement: Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  4. Ability to work independently and be resourceful.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Manage overall sales administration records.
  2. Coordinate with customers regarding shipping requirements, including document needs and receiving restrictions.
  3. Collaborate with the Logistic Coordinator to arrange shipments for timely delivery.
  4. Generate Pick Lists for the Logistic Coordinator for shipment arrangements and for the Warehouse Team for cargo preparation.
  5. Prepare invoices when required, including for tooling sales, sample sales, and miscellaneous charges.
  6. Communicate with customers for order processing and ensure orders are received with correct pricing as quoted.
  7. Monitor finished goods inventory and review raw material inventory against customer forecasts with the Planner for order processing.
  8. Coordinate on new project development.
  9. Ensure finished goods are allocated correctly in the system to the appropriate segment, brand owner, and warehouse.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer complaints.
  11. Prepare credit/debit requisitions for necessary action by finance.
  12. Prepare quotations, weekly reports, Project Request meeting minutes, and Project Requests as needed.
  13. Prepare Customer Satisfaction Surveys and update reports for ISO audit purposes.
  14. Manage debts collection.
  15. Perform other duties of similar and associated nature of work as directed.

Allowance                : RM 100 (Transport) + RM 50 (Handphone)
