Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage overall sales administration records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipping requirements, including document needs and receiving restrictions.
- Collaborate with the Logistic Coordinator to arrange shipments for timely delivery.
- Generate Pick Lists for the Logistic Coordinator for shipment arrangements and for the Warehouse Team for cargo preparation.
- Prepare invoices when required, including for tooling sales, sample sales, and miscellaneous charges.
- Communicate with customers for order processing and ensure orders are received with correct pricing as quoted.
- Monitor finished goods inventory and review raw material inventory against customer forecasts with the Planner for order processing.
- Coordinate on new project development.
- Ensure finished goods are allocated correctly in the system to the appropriate segment, brand owner, and warehouse.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer complaints.
- Prepare credit/debit requisitions for necessary action by finance.
- Prepare quotations, weekly reports, Project Request meeting minutes, and Project Requests as needed.
- Prepare Customer Satisfaction Surveys and update reports for ISO audit purposes.
- Manage debts collection.
- Perform other duties of similar and associated nature of work as directed.
Allowance : RM 100 (Transport) + RM 50 (Handphone)
