Qualifications:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Education Level in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and deadline-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing SAP ERP system for forklift operations management.
- Proficiency in languages: Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Job Scope:
- Enhance Procedures:
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures for activities like verification of incoming/outgoing shipments, stock handling, and warehouse inventory management.
- Recommend improvements to procedures and periodically revise reports and processes to identify risks or non-conformity issues.
- Manage Inventory:
- Enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management to minimize product expiration and waste.
- Mitigate Risks:
- Implement measures to reduce goods damage, loss, and missing items during handling and storage.
- Investigate and resolve incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Align Performance:
- Ensure Warehouse KRA/KPIs align with strategic objectives and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Support annual budget preparation and manage warehouse inventory through cycle counts and investigation of discrepancies.
- Identify and address issues affecting sales, warehouse operations, or service delivery.
- Team Oversight:
- Collaborate closely with cross-departmental managers.
- Day-to-Day Operations:
- Supervise team to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
