Job Scope:
1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients or leads.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
2.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Present the company’s services to potential clients.
- Customize presentations to match the needs and preferences of individual clients.
3.Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales.
- Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects.
- Prepare and finalize contracts or agreements.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
5.Market Intelligence and Feedback:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and market intelligence.
