Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in an electronics-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in electronics technology with familiarity in semiconductor production.
- Strong communication, organizational, planning, and control skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, adapt to the environment, manage teams, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates integrity, fairness, and excellent professional ethics.
- Proficient in basic office software and possesses excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Job Scope:
- Manage part/product FA and prototype inspection and qualification, including developing quality inspection plans and collaborating with production and engineering teams on quality improvement activities.
- Lead product and process risk analysis and mitigation development efforts to ensure accurate identification and assessment of product & process risks.
- Review and enhance process FMEA and quality control plans to encourage the adoption of new control techniques and tools.
- Manage first article product and closely monitor part quality during initial lot release for mass production.
- Lead quality issue resolution teams to identify root causes and establish effective corrective and preventive action plans.
- Collaborate with production to develop effective measurement metrology for in-process inspection and measurement.
- Plan and conduct internal process audits to ensure compliance with process and system requirements.
- Ensure acceptance methodologies are fully documented and appropriate for proper product inspection/validation/testing, including developing, maintaining, and revising validation/test requirements.
- Actively participate in meetings with internal personnel for discussing issues, changes, etc.
- Chart, monitor, and report monthly performance.
